How Delyx Delivery collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Delyx Delivery is the controller of the personal data collected through its platform. It undertakes to process this data only for the purposes described below.
We collect: account data (name, email, phone, role), trip data (addresses, route, amount), identity documents submitted for verification, and technical data strictly necessary for the service to run (connection logs, IP address).
Your data is used to: create and manage your account, connect customers and couriers, track deliveries, verify identities, secure the service and comply with our legal obligations.
Account data is kept for as long as you use the service, then deleted or anonymised after a period of inactivity. In practice: a notification is deleted 30 days after it is read, or 180 days after it is sent if it is never read; a rejected identity document is deleted 6 months after the decision and an approved one 12 months after — the Verified badge itself stays on the account; an image uploaded but never attached to a file is deleted after 24 hours. An account whose email address has never been confirmed is anonymised 72 hours after registration; a confirmed account inactive for 12 months is anonymised after a warning email sent 30 days earlier (administrator accounts are excluded from this rule). To anonymise means to erase personal data: the delivery history is kept.
Your data is accessible only to the authorised Delyx Delivery team and to our strictly necessary technical providers (hosting, email delivery, image storage), bound by confidentiality. It is never sold to third parties.
The platform only uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation (login session, verification). Details are available on the Cookies page linked from the footer.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted passwords, encrypted connections, access control, login attempt limits and protection of identity documents.
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. You may request account closure at any time. Requests are handled as soon as possible through the contact channels indicated on the platform.
