DDelyx Delivery
The rules that govern access to and use of the Delyx Delivery platform.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Delyx Delivery platform, a marketplace connecting customers with motorbike couriers. Using the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms.
By creating an account or using the platform, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the platform. Ticking the acceptance box during registration counts as electronic consent.
Registration is reserved for persons legally able to contract. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You remain responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for any activity performed from your account. Any fraudulent use must be reported immediately.
The platform distinguishes three roles: the customer who orders a delivery, the courier who carries it out, and the administrator who oversees the service. Delyx Delivery is a technical intermediary: it does not transport parcels itself.
To ensure the safety of customers and couriers, the platform may request an identity document. The uploaded photo is stored strictly for security and verification purposes, in accordance with the privacy policy. Once verified, the account name can no longer be changed.
The courier proposes a price before the trip starts; the customer accepts or declines it. Payment is made in cash to the courier. Prices are free and agreed between the parties, with no hidden commission.
You agree to use the platform in good faith, to comply with the laws in force in Algeria and not to: divert customers, harass others, share unlawful content, complete trips off-platform to bypass its rules, or disrupt its operation.
In case of breach of these Terms, Delyx Delivery may warn, suspend or ban an account, temporarily or permanently, the user being informed whenever possible. A banned account can only be unbanned by an administrator.
The platform, its brand, logo, code and all contents are protected by Algerian intellectual property legislation. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, available from the platform footer.
Delyx Delivery provides the service "as is". It is not liable for delays, incidents or disputes arising between a customer and a courier during a trip, nor for the loss or damage of parcels, except in case of proven fault on its part. Delyx Delivery is in no way responsible for the content of the packages or items transported. Responsibility for the content of each delivery lies exclusively with the courier and the customer, the parties to the trip.
Delyx Delivery may amend these Terms at any time. Users are informed of substantial changes; continuing to use the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent Algerian courts. For any question, contact the team through the channels indicated on the platform.
